Noble McIntyre
Noble McIntyre is the senior partner and owner of McIntyre Law who focuses primarily on drug litigation and catastrophic injury cases. He is currently representing clients injured by the drugs Paxil, Avandia and Denture Cream and by clients injured by DePuy hip implants. His goal has and continues to be to work diligently on behalf of his clients to achieve the highest and best result for his clients’ injuries while maintaining professionalism and abiding by all ethical standards of his profession. Jeremy Thurman

Elizabeth Larrick
Elizabeth Larrick is an associate attorney at McIntyre Law. A recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, she moved to Oklahoma in 2007 to attend law school at the University of Oklahoma from Texas. Before law school, Elizabeth resided in Denton, Texas where she attended and graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science.
Elizabeth joined McIntrye Law in the summer of 2010 as a law clerk and now joins our firm as an associate attorney.

Mario D’Angelo
Mario D’Angelo is the owner of Mario D’Angelo & Associates, LLC in New York who has been the outstanding co-counsel for McIntyre Law since 2005. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1987 after completing his B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration in 1984. He has been in practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York and State of New York since 1988 and has been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2004. He also holds several Pro Hac Vice appointments around the country including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas and even as far as California. Read more about Mario D’Angelo

Kirstie Starr Carter – Legal Assistant
Kirstie Starr Carter graduated from Tulsa Union High School and earned her Associates Degree at Tulsa Junior College then went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Kirstie has been the Drug Litigation and Product Liability Legal Assistant for Noble McIntyre since 2007. As an Oklahoma Drug Litigation Legal Assistant, she maintains close communications with clients through phone calls and correspondence. She also requests and organizes all medical records pertinent to a case.
Outside of work, Kirstie enjoys spending time with her husband, Captain David Carter of the Oklahoma City Fire Department, friends and family, including her 7 beautiful nieces and nephews.

Katie Dorsey – Legal Assistant
Katie Dorsey grew up in a southern suburb of Chicago, but graduated High School in Huber Heights, OH. From there she joined the United States Air Force as an Airborne Surveillance Technician. While serving eight and a half years on active duty, she earned two Associates in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force—Air and Space Operations Technology and Instructor of Technology and Military Science. She has also completed a 180-hour teaching internship, and currently participates in the YWCA’s Sexual Assault/Crime Victims Internship program. Katie is currently attending the University of Phoenix, where she is on track to complete a Bachelor of Science in Psychology May of 2012. Upon completion, she intends to pursue a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, and later a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
Katie joined our team August of 2011 and supports the firm as a Legal Assistant. She assists with the daily operations at the firm. Katie also plays a crucial role in making a great first impression with our clients through phone consultations and in-person interactions.
Outside of McIntyre Law, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, and traveling to see family and friends in other states.

Janell McCully – Administrative Assistant
Janell McCully was born and raised in Oklahoma and graduated from Moore High School in 1999. In 2005-2006 Janell attended cosmetology school where she received her cosmetology license in December of 2006.
Janell joined our team in March 2012 as an administrative assistant to Kirstie Carter in the drug litigation and product liability department. Her primary functions are to maintain close communication with our clients through phone calls and correspondence as well as prepare packets and coordinate medical record requests.
In her spare time, Janell enjoys doing hair and spending time with friends and family.
