Noble McIntyre is the senior partner and owner of McIntyre Law who focuses primarily on drug litigation and catastrophic injury cases. He is currently representing clients injured by the drugs Paxil, Avandia and Denture Cream and by clients injured by DePuy hip implants. His goal has and continues to be to work diligently on behalf of his clients to achieve the highest and best result for his clients’ injuries while maintaining professionalism and abiding by all ethical standards of his profession.
After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined a local firm and was named a partner in the firm one short year later. After several years as a partner, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. which focuses on representing severely injured clients across Oklahoma as well as nationally in connection with his Mass Tort Practice.

Dixie Craven is an associate at McIntyre Law. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the American Indian Law Review. Dixie was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
Jordan Southerland is an associate attorney at McIntyre Law. She previously worked for a major insurance company handling insurance defense litigation. Jordan graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Merit Scholars. Jordan was raised in southwestern Oklahoma until she began high school in Edmond, Oklahoma. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Mario D’Angelo is the owner of Mario D’Angelo & Associates, LLC in New York who has been the outstanding co-counsel for McIntyre Law since 2005. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1987 after completing his B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration in 1984. He has been in practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York and State of New York since 1988 and has been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2004. He also holds several Pro Hac Vice appointments around the country including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas and even as far as California.

Kirstie Starr Carter graduated from Tulsa Union High School and earned her Associates Degree at Tulsa Junior College then went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma, before working in banking, and eventually joining the team at McIntyre Law.

Leta Coldiron graduated from Ponca City High School in 2004. After high school she attended Rose State College and graduated in 2010 with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. After working as paralegal/legal assistant for 3 years at another firm she joined the McIntyre Law team in May 2013.
Leta is the lead legal assistant for the firm’s Oklahoma personal injury litigation files. She is very experienced in catastrophic automobile and semi-tractor trailer cases and works closely with the firm’s lawyers throughout the litigation. She maintains close communications with clients as well as all medical providers related to the case.
Outside of work, she loves playing with her children and keeping them as happy and as busy as possible.
Janell McCully was born and raised in Oklahoma and graduated from Moore High School in 1999. In 2005-2006 Janell attended cosmetology school where she received her cosmetology license in December of 2006.
Janell joined our team in March 2012 as an administrative assistant to Kirstie Carter in the drug litigation and product liability department. Her primary functions are to maintain close communication with our clients through phone calls and correspondence as well as prepare packets and coordinate medical record requests.
In her spare time, Janell enjoys doing hair and spending time with friends and family.
Marcy came to us from one of Oklahoma’s premier banking institution where she had worked for 10 years. She started her career as a teller and worked her way up to an Executive Assistant position. She joined the McIntyre Law team in 2013 as a Product and Drug litigation assistant.
Marcy assists in maintaining close communications with clients through phone calls and correspondence, requests and organizes all medical records pertinent to a case.
Marcy has 3 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys her with her family, friends and horses
Carly Cross was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from a small high school called Harding Fine Arts Academy where she received an academic scholarship. After high school she attended Oklahoma City Community College where she earned an Associates in Applied Science. She is currently attending The University of Central Oklahoma.
Carly joined the McIntyre Law team in April of 2013 and works primarily as mass tort litigation project assistant to Kirstie Starr Carter. She assists with daily operations in the drug litigation and product liability department, as well as plays a crucial role in making a great first impression with our clients, through phone conversations and in-person interactions.
Outside of McIntyre Law she is quite the outdoorsman. She enjoys hunting and fishing and is an expert with a bow and arrow possessing the skill to hit a bulls eye at 50 yards! Carly also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Amanda Garrett is a Native Oklahoman. She graduated from Del City High School in 2005. While in high school she attended the Mid-Del Vocational Center where she earned her cosmetology license. After high school Amanda attended Duncan Brothers School of Hair Design to further her education.
In 2007 she married her high school sweetheart, Brett Garrett; and in 2008 her first son Ethan was born. Amanda also was the Salon Manager for Ulta Salon Cosmetics and Fragrance for 5 years. Amanda also attended Rose State College and majored in Mass Communications. She wishes to eventually fulfill her education in Business Administration and or a Public Relations degree and is also focused on getting her Paralegal license. On January 17th 2014, Amanda gave birth to her second child who she named Elaina.
In Amanda’s spare time, she enjoys anything outdoors, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
