Cache, OK (May 3, 2019)- Early Friday morning, on May 2nd, Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a collision on Cache Road.
According to OHP, 18-year-old Carlos Quentero was traveling east along Cache Road when he veered off into oncoming traffic.
As a result, Quentero’s four-door Chevy was struck head-on by a Buick, driven by 67-year-old Patricia Canaday.
Both drivers and their passengers were trapped in their vehicles for over 20 minutes before being freed by Cache Fire Department.
All four individuals involved in the collision were hospitalized at Comanche County Memorial Hospital.
