Accident News on April 30, 2019
Chickasha, OK (April 30, 2019) – On April 28th, Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a collision on US-81, near Country Street 1320, just after 7:45 p.m.
According to OHP, a 1987 Ford pickup truck, occupied by a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old teenager, collided with a 2018 Dodge Caravan driven by 56-year-old Rebecca Cook.
The driver of the Dodge Caravan was treated and released for trunk injuries following the collision. The driver of the Ford pickup was transported to an area hospital, where he received treatment for trunk injuries sustained in the collision. The 17-year-old occupant of the Ford pickup was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
