Accidents can happen at any time and any place. Unfortunately, the fact that individuals may be utilizing another person’s property does not mean they are guaranteed safety. This is especially true in instances where victims drown on the property of others.
When victims lose their lives in drowning incidents, they often leave behind friends and families to deal with their unexpected and tragic loss. Unfortunately, these incidents are often preventable, yet so many continue to lose their lives due to the negligent acts of property owners. In cases where lack of security, lack of lifeguards, and other forms of negligence lead to the loss of a loved one, it is crucial for families to contact an Oklahoma wrongful death attorney as soon as possible.
