Garvin County, OK (May 23, 2019) – Just before 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 7.
According to reports, 38-year-old Christopher Madison was traveling east along OK-7 when his vehicle went left across the center lane.
Madison’s vehicle struck 57-year-old Gary Hook, who was traveling along the roadway in a semi-truck before leaving the roadway and crashing into a fence.
Madison was transported to OU Medical Center by Air Evac for treatment to injuries. The two passengers inside Madison’s vehicle, 31-year-old Chuck Compton and 35-year-old Edward Barnes, were transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
