Mannsville, OK (April 26, 2019) – On Saturday, April 20, Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an ATV crash in Mannsville just before 6 p.m.
According to Highway Patrol, four young children were riding on an ATV at a relative’s home. One of the children, an 8-year-old girl, was getting off the vehicle when it rolled forward, for unknown reasons, and struck her.
The child sustained serious head trauma and was transported to a hospital in Ardmore where she was pronounced deceased.
Our warmest condolences go out to the family of the young girl who lost her life in this tragic event. Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this time.
