Accident News on May 30, 2019
Marlow, OK (May 30, 2019) – On May 30th, just after 12:47 a.m., Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 81, near Rose Road.
According to reports, Cristy L. Rose was traveling along the roadway during the early morning hours when she struck a teenager who entered into her path. The teenager, who was only identified as a 17-year-old, sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased on site.
Ms. Rose and her passenger were uninjured in the incident. OHP closed the roadway for several hours to conduct an investigation of the incident.
