While each personal injury accident is not fatal, motor vehicle accidents in Oklahoma are often among the most catastrophically injurious incidents as there is generally very little protection for riders at the time of impact. Additionally, many accidents involving vehicles such as ATV’s are caused by high rates of speed, lack of visibility, mechanical failure, and reckless operation, alongside other potentially life-threatening factors.
It is important to understand that, if you have suffered serious injuries in an ATV accident, you may have the right to be compensated. This is particularly true in the event that your suffering was caused by the negligent actions of another party or other irresponsible entity. At McIntyre Law, our compassionate Oklahoma accident attorneys are devoted to working on behalf of those who have been unfairly affected by no fault of their own.
