With the weather in a far more desirable state, we are seeing a drastic increase in the number of motorcyclists on roadways across the state. Unfortunately, individuals who choose this method for transportation are at an increased risk of sustaining serious and physical injuries should they be involved in motor vehicle accidents. The compact size of these vehicles makes them more difficult for larger vehicles to see. Sadly, numerous individuals lose their lives in motorcycle accidents across our state annually.
When victims are killed in these tragic incidents, surviving family members should contact a wrongful death attorney in Oklahoma. Families may be able to obtain compensation to cover the costs for funeral and burial arrangements, lost wages, and various other damages.
