Oklahoma City, OK (May 8, 2019) – On May 7th, Oklahoma City Police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a collision on NE 23rd Street.
According to reports, an unidentified male was traveling west along NE 23rd, near Coltrane Avenue, when a motorcycle changed lanes abruptly in front of his vehicle.
The man lost control of his vehicle, causing it to slide sideways into the eastbound lane.
Upon entering the eastbound lane, the man’s vehicle was struck in the passenger side by a pickup truck traveling along the roadway. The man sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident by police.
The driver in the pickup truck sustained serious head and neck injuries and was transported to St. Anthony Hospital for treatment.
