Noble McIntyre is the senior partner and owner of McIntyre Law who focuses primarily on drug litigation and catastrophic injury cases. He is currently representing clients injured by the drugs Syngenta and Zofran as well as Testosterone Therapy. His goal has and continues to be to work diligently on behalf of his clients to achieve the highest and best result for his clients’ injuries while maintaining professionalism and abiding by all ethical standards of his profession.
After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined a local firm and was named a partner in the firm one short year later. After several years as a partner, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. which focuses on representing severely injured clients across Oklahoma as well as nationally in connection with his Mass Tort Practice.

Jeremy Thurman is an attorney at McIntyre Law who focuses primarily on semi-truck accident and catastrophic injury cases. He is known as a meticulous attorney whose work ethic and small town values translate into excellent results for his clients.

Jordan Klingler is an associate attorney at McIntyre Law. She previously worked for a major insurance company handling insurance defense litigation. Jordan graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Merit Scholars. Jordan was raised in southwestern Oklahoma until she began high school in Edmond, Oklahoma. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Monica Schweighart is an associate attorney at McIntyre Law. She joined the team in August of 2015 after graduating cum laude from Arizona Summit Law School in April of 2015 where she received CALI awards in Evidence, Remedies, and Insurance Law.
Monica was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, Monica is a loyal Oklahoma City Thunder fan, and loves spending time with her dogs.

Mario D’Angelo is the owner of Mario D’Angelo & Associates, LLC in New York who has been the outstanding co-counsel for McIntyre Law since 2005. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1987 after completing his B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration in 1984. He has been in practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York and State of New York since 1988 and has been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2004. He also holds several Pro Hac Vice appointments around the country including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas and even as far as California.

Kirstie Starr Carter graduated from Tulsa Union High School and earned her Associates Degree at Tulsa Junior College then went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma, before working in banking and eventually joining the team at McIntyre Law.

Marcy joined the McIntyre Law team in 2013 as a Product and Drug Litigation Assistant which quickly expanded to include assisting with the personal injury cases. She assists in maintaining close communications with clients through phone calls and correspondence, requests and organizes all medical records pertinent to a case. Marcy came to us from one of Oklahoma’s premier banking institution where she had worked for 10 years, started as a teller and moved quickly thru several departments in the bank to an executive assistant
Marcy married her husband, Deputy Chief Jon Neely of the Edmond Fire Department in 2015. They have four children between them, three girls and one son, two son in laws and four grandchildren. They are very active with their family which includes going to the grandkids softball, baseball and soccer games and family functions. Marcy and Jon love to travel and camp, they ride 4 wheelers and hike every chance they get.
Courtney Detweiler was born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma. She graduated from Moore High School in 2006. After receiving her high school diploma, Courtney went to Rose State College where she received an Associate’s Degree. Courtney joined McIntyre Law Firm in August of 2017 as an administrative assistant to Kirstie Carter.
Courtney is married to Dallas Detweiler and they have two children together, Payton and Keegan. She loves to spend time with her family, being outdoors and watching her kids play baseball and softball.
Victoria Matonti graduated from El Reno High School and went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She began working in the local legal community and decided to pursue a Paralegal Certification, which she obtained in 2006. After working in the legal department of a prominent insurance company, Victoria decided to return to school and obtain her nursing license. She became a registered nurse in 2011, focusing her work in surgery and the mental health field.
After several years working as an RN, Victoria decided she wanted to find a career that would allow her to combine her extensive knowledge in both the medical and legal fields. She began her career as a medical paralegal with McIntyre Law in July of 2017. Her knowledge allows her to evaluate legal cases from a medical standpoint, which enables her to better serve injury victims.
During her free time, Victoria and her husband Chris enjoy traveling and trying new local restaurants.
Brenda joined McIntyre law in February of 2015. She graduated from Putnam City West in 2013. When she is not working she is attending Rose State College where she is pursuing her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Currently, Brenda assists the legal assistants and attorneys with daily operations in the drug litigation and product liability department. She is also instrumental in providing an energetic and professional first impression with our clients both through phone conversations and in-person interactions.
Brenda is bilingual and as a result one of her primary responsibilities at McIntyre Law is to work with and help our Spanish speaking clients understand the legal process.Brenda is married to Sergio Esparza and enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and their two dogs.
Teresa Lopez was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. She graduated from Putnam City High School in 2010. After receiving her high school diploma, Teresa worked for a prestigious immigration law firm in Oklahoma City. Teresa is now exercising her bilingual skills at McIntyre Law. Teresa enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with the family.
Danni joined McIntyre Law in August 2017. She graduated from Norman High School in 2006, where she then went on to her Associates Degree from OSU in Healthcare Administration and then her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Oklahoma in Multidisciplinary Studies. She assists with maintaining close communication with clients through correspondence, phone calls, and requesting medical records.
In her spare time, Danni enjoys spending her time traveling and being with close friends and family.
Lorena joined McIntyre law in July of 2016. She graduated from Moore High School in 2016. When she is not working she is attending OCCC where she is pursuing a Nursing Career to then specialize in Pediatrics. Abby Broyles is a legal intern at McIntyre Law. She is currently earning her J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Abby was raised in the Oklahoma City metro area before attending college in southern California. She worked at the CBS and NBC affiliate television stations in Los Angeles while completing her undergraduate degree in journalism and political science.
Abby is a familiar face in Oklahoma, where she has been a news anchor and reporter for the past six years. Her reporting on the death penalty in Oklahoma has recently been featured on the Investigation Discovery Channel as well as a number of published works, including the latest book written by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. It was this constant exposure to the law that has led Abby to pursue a second career as an attorney.
